About Bitto Honey IPA |
Bitto Honey is the flagship brand of Prism Beer Company, a new brewer in the Philadelphia region. The beer was named after two friends of the brewer who had both recently finished their years in med school and were now
moving to Denver to start their careers and the long road to paying off student loans. Bitto Honey IPA is a well balanced beer that provides a heavy dose of honey malt and fresh clover honey to add a touch of sweetness to the bitter hops.
Coming in at 65 IBU's, this IPA also balances the use of hops across the spectrum of bittering, flavoring, and aroma profiles. This provides you with the bitterness of an IPA without killing your tongue and allows you to experience the
true beauty of the Amarillo and Cascade hops, their flavor and aroma.
